  Thought long and hard about posting a review for this place. I don't want my review to hurt them, they seem like good guys. But..it has to be. I'm a professional brewer and I just can't let it slide by. Both taster beers that I was served were spoiled. The sour taste that some might think is intentional - because sour craft beers are in fashion right now - won't be. I'm almost certain it's because when I looked in I saw they're using plastic fermenters. The plastic gets scratched when cleaning etc and the little nicks harbour yeast and other bacteria that sours the beer. Too bad. As I said I didn't want to post a bad review as I was dying to find out these guys are a hidden gem, and to be fair I think they maybe close, because even spoiled it had undertones of goodness. Close, but spoiled beer. Sorry guys but it's true. And I hope you know it or it'll never get fixed.

  Excellent real beer available here starting May 20th 2016, the official opening day, only 10 more days counting down to opening day.

  Twice we have come to purchase beer on a Thursday afternoon and it has been closed. According to the website, you say that you're open???

  Some really unique beers brewed here by the lake, a light crisp authentic flavor in all of them. Brewed in the old style. I very much recommend a visit.
